Day 1

Delhi

Upon arrival you will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel. (B)

Day 2

Delhi

Today enjoy an excursion to discover the sights and sounds of Old Delhi. Experience a taste of India’s famed public transport with a cycle rickshaw ride through chaotic streets and the famous Chandni Chowk market. In the afternoon visit New Delhi including Qutab Minar and boulevard Raj Path. This afternoon enjoy a private tour of New Delhi, including the iconic government buildings before exploring the monument of Humayun's Tomb, built in Mughal style with a double dome inspired by Persian architecture. (B)

Day 3

Agra

After breakfast drive to Agra where you’ll visit the impressive Agra Fort, and the lesser known Hessing's Tomb or the Red Taj Mahal. (B)

Day 4

Jaipur

Experience the majestic Taj Mahal at sunrise and then travel via the ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri to Jaipur. The “Pink City” of Jaipur is a friendly, busy city crammed with palaces and bazaars full of jewellery, textiles and folkbased arts. (B)

Day 5

Jaipur

Enjoy a guided tour visiting India’s most photographed building after the Taj Mahal, the Hawa Mahal or Palace of the Winds. Spend some time in the city’s crowded and colourful bazaars that sell a wide variety of artisan goods and semi-precious stones, which are the local speciality. Visit Amber Fort, once the old capital, and explore the hilltop fort complex. Continue to the Royal City Palace and spend time exploring the various rooms and apartments. Later visit one of the five astronomical observatories built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the founder of Jaipur. (B)

Day 6

Delhi

This morning transfer from Jaipur to Delhi Airport where your journey ends. (B)
