Fly to Siem Reap. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. (B)
Visit the incredible temples of Angkor including the incomparable Angkor Wat at sunset. Take a boat trip on Tonle Sap and learn about life on the lake and enjoy free time to explore Siem Reap's vibrant market streets. (B)

Fly to Hanoi. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. (B)
Take a street food tour discovering some of the city's famous specialities. Visit the village of Long Thuong, famous for its bronze casting. Continue to the 200-year old Nom village, chatting with locals over tea and visit Nom Pagoda. (B)(D)
Travel by road to spectacular Halong Bay. Board your boat and cruise amongst the thousands of islands. (B)(L)(D)
Cruise back to port and return to Hanoi. This afternoon stroll the colourful trading streets of the Old Quarter before a local dinner (B)(D)
Fly to Hue and transfer to your hotel. Tour the majestic Impreial Citadel and continue to Thuen Mu Pagoda and Tu Doc's tomb. This evening, the Doan family hosts dinner. Join in preparing your own Hue food specialities. (B)(D)
Travel over teh Hai Van Pass to Danang and visit the Cham Museum. Proceed to Hoi An for a walking tour of this charming historic town. Join an artisan family making traditional lanterns at their home. (B)(L)
Travel to Duy Hai fishing village and see the activity of the local mornign marketin, a fish sauce workshop, and in local villages learn about some local food specialities. Share a delicious meal with your hosts before returning to Hoi An. (B)(L)
This morning is at leisure before your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, transfer to your hotel in District One. (B)
Start your day with a tour of Saigon, taking in the colonial Saigon Post Office and cathedral. Continue to the Ben Thanh Market and enjoy a local coffee. Later, head to the famed Cu Chi tunnels outside of the city. (B)(L)
Drive to Ben Tre Province and board a local boat, stopping at a coconut processing workshop. COntinue to Uncle Tam Nhu's family to visit his tropical orchard. Take a sampan ride through a labyrinth of canals and relax or explore around the village. At the end of the day, return to Ho Chi Minh City for your final night. (B)(L)
