    Experience a fascinating introductory tour of Brunei this morning, taking in the spectacular Jame’Asr Hassanal Bolkiah Mosque, the informative Royal Regalia Building and the Sultan’s Palace. After lunch, proceed to Kampong Ayer, the world’s largest water village - where 30,000 people reside in stilt houses. (B)

  • Day 3: Temburong National Park

    Travel by boat to Temburong National Park, the best preserved tropical rainforest on Borneo Island. Experience a longboat ride and climb to the canopy walkway for stunning views. Enjoy time for an optional waterfall swim before returning to the capital mid-afternoon.  (B) (L)

    Visit the Brunei Museum, The Royal Regalia Centre, Jame Asr Hassanil Bokaih Mosque. Take a boat ride by local “Water Taxi” around Brunei River and visit to the local houses built on stilts where local cakes and tea will be served. The tour will be end with a photo stop at the Istana Nurul Iman (Sultan’s Palace)

    On this city tour, you will be visiting The Royal Regalia Centre, where Royal trappings from Coronation of His Majesty the Sultan are Displayed along with regalia used during the Silver Jubilee celebrations, the Sir Omar Ali Saiffuddin Mosque built by 28th Sultan of Brunei, and named after His Majesty, The Jame Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque and the Yayasan Complex where you can do some shopping before return to your hotel.

    Today you visit the Tamu (Open Market), the Malay Technology Museum, the Brunei Museum, tomb of the fifth Sultan of Brunei, (Sultan Bolkiah 1485-1524). The markets Open every day from morning to late evening, local foods, fruits, vegetables, flowers and handicrafts can be found here. Visitors to the Malay Technology Museum are given an insight into the lives of the Bruneian’s in the days of the yore. See the traditional techniques of house building and various aspects of Malay life, transport the visitors to another place, another time. After that, proceed for lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to visit the Regalia Centre, the Sultan's Palace (Istana Nurul Iman) and take a water taxi ride to the water village and visit a house there, where local cakes and tea will be served. Your tour will end after the visit to the new mosque - Jame' Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque.

  • Brunei by Night: 3.5 Hours/$89 pp

    Enjoy your dinner in a local restaurant then depart for an evening cruising around Bandar Seri Begawan, driving past the glittering Jame’ Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque for a quick photo stop. Proceed to the Gadong night local market, right in the heart of the Gadong shopping centre that comes alive after sunset, where you can taste some local delicacies at your own expenses and also can view the various types of vegetables, fruits and well as clothes sold there. The market closes at midnight on weekdays and stays open late on weekend and eve of public holidays. You will be transferred back to the hotel after the night market visit.

  • Seria Oilfield: 6 Hours/$132 pp

    Visit the rows of the affectionately-named “nodding donkeys” which pump the lifeblood of Brunei’s economy from the oil-rich earth of Belait. On the way, you will stop at Tutong Town and continue to Sungai Liang Forestry Centre to visit the Forestry Museum. From the museum proceed to Seria Oilfield and stop at the Billionth Barrel Monument. Commissioned by the Brunei Shell Petroleum and designed by a local architect, this fabulous monument commemorates the production of the billionth barrel of oil by the Seria oilfield.

    Located just five minutes from Seria town centre, visit the Oil & Gas Discovery Centre, or OGDC as the locals call it, is an interactive science centre set up by Brunei Shell Petroleum. It aims to stimulate interest in the petroleum industry and also to spur new explorations into science and technology. Stop at Kuala Belait town for lunch. On the return leg, we will make a stop at Brunei LNG plant in Lumut. Brunwi LNG is now undergoing its second rejuvenation that will extend the operating life of the plant by a further 20 years from 2013 - a total of 60 years from original start up in 1972. Take a drive around Jerudong Park before return to the capital.

  • Dinner on Brunei River Bank: 2.5 Hours/$81 pp

    Enjoy your dinner on the banks of Brunei River, overlooking the world’s largest water village. Watch a resplendent sunset and relax with the twinkling lights from Kampong Ayer. Let the soft sea breeze lull you into a pleasant mood and view the world’s largest residential palace from your restaurant. On return to your hotel you will drive pass the largest mosque in Brunei the Jame Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Mosque for a photo stop.

  • Mangrove River Safari: 2 Hours/$104 pp

    Just minutes from the center of Bandar Seri Begawan are isolated mangroves where nature still dominates. The boat leaves the center of Bandar, traveling past the old and new Water Villages housing towards the mangrove-lined waterways. Moving quietly along the narrow mangrove channels, stopping to listen and look for the birds and animal life that call the mangroves home. If you are lucky you can observe the shy proboscis monkey that are only found in Borneo. Our guide will explain the mangrove ecology and some of the diversity of plant and animal life in the tangle of mangroves, vines, palms and trees. The boat returns to the centre of Bandar Seri Begawan stopping along the way to visit a local house to have morning or afternoon tea
