DAY 1: ARRIVE CALGARY
Collect your rental car and proceed to your hotel. This afternoon enjoy spectacular views of the city and Rocky Mountains from the Calgary Tower.
DAY 2: CALGARY - WATERTON (275KMS)
Drive south from Calgary into southern Alberta & Waterton Lakes National Park.
DAY 3: WATERTON
Enjoy a boat cruise on Waterton Lakes. Remainder of the day is free to explore on your own.
DAY 4: WATERTON - BANFF (382 KMS)
A scenic drive into the mountains awaits. Traveling over the Highwood Pass and by Peter Lougheed Provincial Park, you’ll witness the transition from prairies to foothills to majestic Rocky Mountains.
DAY 5: BANFF
Visit the Cave and Basin National Historic Site and the Upper Hot Springs then ride the Banff Gondola.
DAY 6: BANFF - JASPER (288 KMS)
Visit Lake Louise, the “Jewel of the Rockies” then travel the scenic Icefields Parkway and take a ride in an Ice Explorer on the Athabasca Glacier. Continue to Jasper.
DAY 7: JASPER - EDMONTON (362 KMS)
Explore the sights of Jasper including Maligne Lake, Maligne Canyon and Medicine Lake. Later today head east out of the mountains to the city of Edmonton.
DAY 8: EDMONTON
Spend the day exploring the enormous West Edmonton Mall with an all-inclusive pass allowing you access to all the world-class attractions.
DAY 9: EDMONTON - DRUMHELLER (279 KMS)
Experience rolling hills and prairies on your drive south to Drumheller, a small, rural town that hosts a world class museum of paleontology, the Royal Tyrrell Museum (admission included).
DAY 10: DRUMHELLER - CALGARY (140 KMS)
Spend time enjoying the sights of Drumheller, located in the heart of the Badlands before returning to Calgary.
DAY 11: CALGARY
The tour ends with the return of your rental vehicle.
