National Geographic LIVE! Pacific Events 2014
We are excited to announce National Geographic photographers and filmmakers David Doubilet
and Bryan Smith
will appear in Australia and New Zealand in 2014 for the National Geographic LIVE!
series, in partnership with master sponsors Adventure World.
National Geographic LIVE! brings together the gripping footage and inspiring stories of National Geographic's real life adventurers to the stage, taking viewers on a journey to the amazing places they've been to share what they've learned about the world around us. All National Geographic LIVE! events are lavishly illustrated, first-hand presentations by people who travel the world to get the powerful stories and images you've seen on the National Geographic Channel and in National Geographic Magazine.
After working with National Geographic Live in 2012 and 2013, Adventure World Managing Director Fiona Hunt is delighted to boost the brand's partnership involvement for the 2014 shows, which commence in Australia and New Zealand in July. "Messages of exploration, adventure, discovery and conservation are all core to the National Geographic mission to inspire people to care about the planet and are also key focus points for Adventure World as we strive to offer our clients a lifetime of extraordinary travel so it's a perfect partnership," said Hunt.
This winter, the National Geographic LIVE! series returns to Pacific shores to enchant us for a third season with their incredible footage and thought-provoking explorations.
The series returns to Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland — and for the first time will also be showcasing in Perth, Wellington, Wollongong, and Singapore! From images of ethereal secret worlds deep below the water's surface, to capturing nail-biting video footage of athletes pushing the limits of human possibility, David Doubilet and Bryan Smith will captivate audiences with their incredible global adventures and discoveries.
Tickets on sale from 26th May 2014.
