Day 1


Arrive in Toronto, the rest of the day is at your leisure.

Day 2


Transfer from Toronto to the northwest corner of Algonquin Park. Take an interpretative hike to Music Lake for an
introduction to the boreal forest, beaver ponds and spruce bogs. Enjoy a picnic lunch before hiking to Surprise Lake where a 26-foot Voyageur Canoe awaits. Enjoy a leisurely paddle as you ‘island hop’ down the lake and arrive at the Algonquin Log Cabin. Dinner will be followed by a night hike. (L)(D)

Day 3


This morning enjoy a wild edibles walk to Lookout Bluff overlooking Algonquin Lake. Explore Surprise Lake on your own or take part in a traditional Canadian lore workshop. Late in the afternoon paddle to Campfire Point for sunset, a bonfire and dinner, and learn about the northern sky. Paddle back to Log Cabin. (B)(L)(D)

Day 4


Early today there is an option for a sunrise paddle. Return to the lodge for a BBQ lunch, swim and sauna. Depart at 4pm and arrive in downtown Toronto around 7:30pm. (B)(L)
