Day 1


Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. This evening sample traditional Sarawak cuisine. (D)

Day 2


This morning visit the Semenggoh Nature Reserve at feeding time. Here, orphaned and rescued orangutans are taught how to survive in the wild. On return to Kuching, visit some of the city’s historic streets and temples, including those of the Chinese and Indian trading communities. (B)(L)(D)

Day 3


Enjoy a leisurely morning before an afternoon tour on Kuching’s outskirts. Visit the Wind and Fairy Caves near Bau, overlooking the Sarawak River, then continue on to Siniawan, a historic town with original shophouses and birds nest businesses. (B)


Day 4


This morning depart by car and then a short boat transfer to Bako National Park. This coastal park offers a great diversity of landscapes, habitats and wildlife. See the famous Proboscis monkey, Silvered langurs and Bearded pigs, as well as hornbills and barbets. There are beaches, tall dipterocarp forest and mangroves. (B)(L)(D)

Day 5


Your tour ends with a transfer to the airport this morning. (B)
