Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge offers a beautifully secluded jungle setting, adjacent to the Anavilhanas National Park with spans about 400 islands. The park is located on the Negro River next to the Jaú National Park, an area of great ecological diversity. Guests can travel by wooden caboclo canoes to explore the tributaries and channels, go in search of pink river dolphins and visit local communities to learn more about their culture and heritage.

Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge

Day 1

Manaus - Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge

Transfer to the Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge. This evening, go alligator spotting in canoes. (L)(D)

Day 2

Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge

During your stay you have the option to choose from a variety of activities. Visit an area where pink dolphins come up close in search of fish. Soon after, visit two craft centres where craftsmen offer products made with natural materials such as straw and wood chips. Explore the forest on a forest trail led by experienced local guides. Go on a fun fishing trip in wooden canoes along the creeks of the region, where you will have the opportunity to snag some piranhas and other fish while enjoying the scenery. In the evening, experience the unique sensation of living and feeling the forest at night in motorised canoes in the exploration of the flooded forest in search of sloths, birds, snakes and alligators and immersion in the sounds of the night.
