Day 1

Vancouver - Victoria

Sail by ferry through spectacular island scenery as you head to Victoria, a city of Old World charm. This evening, depart Victoria Harbour by seaplane for a trip to Butchart Gardens. Enjoy dinner in the gardens and take a stroll to experience the floral splendour, before being whisked back to downtown by limousine. (D)

Welcome to Canada, eh! Today’s culinary tour visits 7 local stops where all samples have a Canadian twist. Not many people can define what exactly is Canadian food. Let us show you some of the most traditional dishes and tell you the stories behind them. From local ingredients to historic dishes, this tour is the best way to experience Canadian culinary culture. (L)

Day 3

Victoria - Whistler

A spectacular sea plane flight to Whistler begins the day. Enjoy an incredible experience of climbing up Blackcomb Mountain to the Horstman Glacier by Jeep to find the most spectacular patio in Whistler. Relax as your chef prepares a Pacific Coast classic including maple glazed wild BC Salmon. (D)

Day 4

Whistler - Vancouver

Enjoy a scenic transfer down the Sea to Sky highway to Vancouver this morning, and then prepare to eat and drink your way through Vancouver’s #1 foodie district.

Indulge in the boozey, foodie, historic neighbourhood with Canadian poutine, Vancouver’s best pizza, wicked desserts, cocktails, craft beer, wine and more. Gastown is Vancouver’s oldest neighbourhood, laden with iconic restaurants, quirky pubs, and historic spaces. To uncover the alleyways and doors that hold Gastown’s gems, a foodie tour can’t be beat! (L)

Day 5


Granville Island is Canada’s second most-visited destination, and Vancouver’s destination for lovers of food, art and culture. During a guided tour, guests eat their way through the world-famous Public Market and hear the intriguing stories, culture, and history behind the tasty creations. (L)

Day 6

Vancouver - Kamloops

All aboard the iconic Rocky Mountaineer this morning as you begin the journey into the Rocky Mountains. The scenery is stunning, but the culinary creations are equally enjoyable. (B)(L)

Day 7

Kamloops - Lake Louise

The views outside the train continue to amaze as you continue this spectacular train journey. Be sure to ask the hosts for a classic Canadian “Caesar” cocktail. (B)(L)

Day 8

Lake Louise - Banff

Visit Moraine Lake and the Valley of the Ten Peaks, one of the great photo opportunities in the Canadian Rockies. Explore  Yoho National Park, and enjoy a delicious BBQ lunch at Emerald Lake Lodge before arriving in Banff. (L)

Day 9


Join a Banff & its Wildlife tour to explore the town and hopefully spot some of the local creatures. The tour ends at the Banff Gondola, where you can enjoy spectacular views, and perhaps stay for a delicious lunch. Later, it’s time for a western cookout by horseback or covered wagon. (D)

Day 10

Banff - Jasper

One of Canada’s most scenic drives awaits today, as you travel the Icefield’s Parkway to Jasper. Ride an Ice Explorer onto the Glacier, and gaze at the landscapes below the Glacier Skywalk. (L)

Day 11


Jasper's food scene is eclectic and unique. From Canadian classics to globally inspired masterpieces - there's something to tickle every palate.Today's foodie tour will take you to four local joints, visiting points of interest and taking in some of Jasper’s tastiest tales along the way. At each restaurant, guests will try a top dish and a perfectly paired boozy drink to experience the real taste of Jasper’s food scene. (L)

Day 12

Jasper - Edmonton

Farewell the Rockies this morning as your transfer heads east to Edmonton, where culinary journey ends. If time permits, spend some time exploring the Festival City of Edmonton before your onward travels.
