Fly from Johannesburg to Skukuza Airport. Transfer to Sabi Sands Game Reserve. The reserve is home to the Big Five - elephant, rhino, lion, leopard and buffalo - as well as cheetah, wild dog and hundreds of other species of animals and birds. Highly trained and experienced rangers and trackers will ensure that your safari experience ranks amongst the best in the world. Spend three nights at the luxurious lodge with daily game activities. Leave the wilderness of the bush for cosmopolitan Cape Town, fondly known as the Mother City. The city is set against the backdrop of the iconic Table Mountain plateau. (B)
Today the morning starts with a city tour which will take you by cable car to the top of Table Mountain, through the Malay Quarter, City Centre and Company Gardens. The afternoon’s private wine tour visits Stellenbosch and Franschhoek. Here you will be able to sample some of South Africa’s finest wines. (B)
Visit Robben Island, the World Heritage Site and Museum where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned. Return to the mainland, continue on a private tour to Cape Point Nature Reserve. During your time in Cape Town you’ll stay at the Victoria & Alfred Hotel. (B)
Fly to Windhoek, connecting on to Kulala Desert Lodge located within the arid Namib Desert. This is the perfect location to explore the spectacular world-famous dunes of Sossusvlei. There will also be opportunities to view desert wildlife on nature drives and walks. (B)(L)(D)

Return to Windhoek and fly on to Victoria Falls. Known locally as ‘the smoke that thunders’, the Falls are one of the most majestic sights on the African continent. Stay at the stately Victoria Falls Hotel. This evening watch the sunset while cruising on the Zambezi River. (B)
Day 10 will start with a privately guided tour of the Falls followed by the afternoon at leisure. (B)
Transfer by road to Chobe Game Lodge, the only lodge inside Chobe National Park, situated on the game-rich riverfront. Chobe Game Lodge is perfectly placed for safaris on game viewing boats or 4X4 game drive vehicles. (B)(L)(D)

Transfer by light aircraft to Mombo Camp in the Okavango Delta, one of the most incredible wilderness sanctuaries in Africa. Mombo Camp is located on the northern tip of Chief’s Island within the Moremi Game Reserve. The area boasts enormous concentrations of plains game and predators, with the surrounding floodplains teeming with game year round. Here you can enjoy both water and land activities. (B)(L)(D)

Today farewell Southern Africa and travel to the wide open plains of East Africa. Spend the night at Hemingways Hotel in Nairobi. (B)
Travel by air to Mara Plains Camp located in the Olare Motorogi Conservancy which abuts Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve. This intimate camp blends the finest wildlife viewing with outstanding hospitality and guiding. Extensive traversing on the private conservancy and the Masai Mara ensures phenomenal game viewing. Travel by road back to Kilimanjaro Airport for your scheduled flight to Kigali. Spend the night at the Kigali Serena Hotel. (B)
